According to a Reddit thread, many users who subscribed to YouTube Premium at discounted rates by using VPNs to appear in countries like Ukraine and Turkey have had their memberships terminated. This action seems to be part of Google's effort to enforce regional pricing policies, which vary based on local economic conditions and consumer expectations.
