The Minister of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine Oleksandr Tkachenko has asked the Unicode consortium to create Ukrainian emojis for the Apple, Android, Meta and Twitter platforms.

“After the word "social network" there should be a cool Ukrainian smiley in addition to the flag, but such symbols do not currently exist. And this despite the fact that the warmest words of support for Ukrainians are heard in almost every conversation, dialogue or text message. That's why we turned to the Unicode consortium to finally have special Ukrainian emojis on the Apple, Android, Meta and Twitter platforms. This initiative will not only help Ukraine, but also unite the world in support of the indomitable Ukrainian people," he said.

The Ministry of Culture has also created a petition in support of this decision.

On March 25, the Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov announced that the first NFT-museum of war was launched in Ukraine, which combined blockchain technology, art and fixation of historical facts - "Meta History. Museum of War”.
