Studio 100 Media extends its collaboration with Polish public broadcaster TVP who has acquired the FTA rights for the CGI series “Heidi” for its kids channel TVP ABC. Studio 100’s rejuvenated version of the classic tale is currently airing in 140 countries and has reached impressive market shares in Germany, France, Latin America and other territories. TVP ABC will air the program as of March/April 2017.

Commenting on the deal Martin Krieger, Head of Global Distribution at Studio 100 Media said, “We are delighted to extend our long-term and very fruitful partnership with TVP. The channel is already home to our iconic brand “Maya the Bee” and we are convinced that “Heidi” will follow successfully in Maya’s footsteps and that children in Poland will love the revived story.”
